Right before we left for church yesterday, it began to snow. When we got closer to Boone, it was really coming down and the roads were slick, and as most everyone knows how much I love to drive in it! It was scary! Well, it seemed to stop while we were at church, but seemed to start up again right before we left. It wasn't too bad coming home, but once home, I'm glad we were. Bob had to be at work, but I think that he got out before it got REALLY bad outside. The snow kept coming and coming and i think we ended up with about a foot of snow by this morning. It wasn't too crazy cold yesterday, and since it was GREAT packing snow, the kids and I (along with our neighbors) went out to play in it! We had a great time! The older boys had a snowball fight and we got to build some snowmen! Amaryllis didn't mind it too much, although she couldn't walk with all her snow gear on, and if she tried, she would fall over, and it was quite funny!
